If it has not been notified by the time limit, the government shall be deemed to have agreed upon the examination and approval. In other words, as long as your company, your small factory submitted the EIA statements, the government departments must reply within ten days, otherwise it is considered as the approval of the audit!
In the past the millions of small factories, small factories, small companies have been some sinister environmental protection departments for various reasons, a variety of ways by blocking! They could direct a ticket on the seal!
For the environmental protection departments, it may be just a small ticket, but for many small factories, this is the dozens of hundreds of families income support! A seal might have broken all their posterior……

If you feel unfair, you can take the initiative to apply for the EIA report, and the government must review it within ten days after you submit it.
